1986. Dan Jackson, now Managing Partner and Senior Consultant began with
Master Plan Ministries in 1996.

Dan Jackson, Master Plan
Ministries’ Managing Partner, joined MPM as a consultant in 1996. He
became Senior Consultant in 1998 and Managing Partner in 2001 when
Founding President, Dr. Dan Myers temporarily retired. Dan served as a
Senior Pastor for nearly 30 years. He succeeded
Dr. Myers as Senior Pastor in
Lancaster, serving that church
for over eight years. Under his leadership First Baptist continued a
pattern of significant growth and Desert Christian
School
expanded to include
Junior and Senior High Schools. Enrollment grew to over 2400 students
making DCS one of the largest Christian schools on the West Coast. The
combined annual budgets of church and school were over $3,000,000.
He continues to speak in
conferences across America
and around the world, leading conferences and pastor’s seminars in Canada,
Europe, Latin
American and Asia,
as a volunteer Dan serves in a pastoral role to missionaries serving
with the Missions to Unreached Peoples organization. For seven years,
Dan taught Leadership Seminars sponsored by Gospel Light Publications.

Dan Myers started Master
Plan Ministries in 1986 after serving another stewardship firm. He
began this ministry with a special concern for service that is
sometimes lacking in the larger firms.
He brings to this unique ministry his experience and gifts as
a senior minister over a period of twenty-seven years. His church in
Lancaster,
CA
experienced remarkable growth during his long tenure there. Under
his leadership there, Desert
Christian
Schools
was founded, beginning with a pre-school and elementary school that
served the church and wider community.
Dr. Dan helped create a
major Christian university extension in one of his pastorates and
for years taught on that faculty. For many years he taught for a
respected theological graduate school, teaching in larger U.S.
Cities including several other countries. He has been the invited
guest to conduct major crusades in India,
Thailand,
the Netherlands
and in Eastern Europe
.
He has led and directed thirteen tours to the Holy
Land
, several being for
ministers and their spouses

spiritual ministry that goes well beyond merely raising
dollars.
Dan
Jackson and Dan Myers both bring a “Pastor’s
heart” and “a heart for Pastors” to their work as
stewardship ministers. The hundreds of churches they have
served testify to their warm and strong pastoral concern,
their unique ability to communicate, motivate and build
relationships with the congregations. While they have
assisted churches in raising hundreds of millions, they feel
their greatest accomplishment is raising the spiritual and
stewardship standards in these churches.
